This Section of my blog is mainly my own personal project however it is for college ,we have a task to add images to an on line profile during our summer break and here is my images dated below of when i shot them, the task is a good thing for me as it motivates me to shoot as much as i can and obviously to try and vary what i shoot everyday as i would like to be as versatile at shooting as many subjects as i can starting with the most recently at the top and descending if the latest days are not up on time i will try my best to keep up to date with them, after the first week of shooting a photograph a day for a week i have realised how much of a commitment it has been to take an image everyday therefore i will try and take at least three images a week instead in the coming weeks as i am very busy recently, and i know this is no excuse so when i get used to the commitment and blogging i will hopefully get back to taking an image a day for this blog in the future, i hope to now write a small caption about each image so you can understand why i took certain images.
Week 5
this was an image i took the same day on the canal in Manchester.
This was an image i captured in Manchester (Chinatown) while out shooting for the day.
Sorry for the delay on updates, this was an image i took in France of a bridge in albi, i really like the way the lines lead the eye on this image.
Week 4
This is a long exposure shot of around 30 seconds of a sunset where i was staying in France.
This was a man at a small agricultural show we went to in a small village nearby, i managed to capture the sparks flying in this shot.
This was a statue of Mary carved into the side of a building in a town called Cordes in the south of France.
Week 3
This is a view from a mill window, of a studio i have been helping out at recently and really like the style of the building and the history behind old mill buildings.
As said below i commute on trains a lot and i love the railway and surrounding areas, i soon hope to base a project on the railway as it interests me a lot.
I use trains a lot and i love the railway and the scenery around it , i loved the way this looked so sinister and the feel of the image just feels as though you are really looking through a train window.
Week 2
This is a long exposure shot i shot recently in my garden, i really enjoy shooting long exposure and you will see more of it on this blog soon.
This is another long exposure shot of embers burning in a fire,i enjoy long exposures as you can capture more and be more creative with subjects than just normal shots.
As you can see I have been experimenting a lot with long exposures recently, here is another long exposure shot, I love the way the lights/lampposts look in long exposure shots.
